What areas do you cover?We’re based in Kent and cover the surrounding areas, including most of London. We regularly work in places like Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford, Dartford, and South East London. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to let you know.

Can I get a quotation over the phone?A rough quote may be possible over the phone, but we prefer to visit in person to provide an accurate price and to discuss your needs and expectations.

What methods of payment do you accept?We prefer payment by bank transfer (BACs), but on-site we accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. We don’t take payments over the phone.

Do you provide a warranty for your parts and work?Yes — all supplied parts come with a 1-year warranty (plus any manufacturer warranties), and our workmanship is backed by a 10-year NAPIT guarantee.

What is an EICR?An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is a thorough inspection of your home’s electrical system. A certified electrician will check the wiring, fuse board, and other electrical components to ensure safety and legal compliance. If any issues are found, the report will categorize them as C1 (danger), C2 (potential danger), or C3 (improvement needed). If everything’s safe, you’ll receive an EICR certificate confirming your system’s up-to-date status.
