We carried out a consumer unit (fuse board) upgrade to ensure the property met safety standards for a satisfactory EICR, allowing a landlord in Sittingbourne to safely rent out their home. While on site, we also wired in all new kitchen appliances and added extra sockets throughout the property to support the kitchen renovation.
